last year's summer was actually amazing. i got to go to atlantis with my cousins and my aunt and stepuncle and stay there in paradise for 7 whole days. it might not sound like much but when i was there i'd spend all day outside, until like 1 oclock in the morning, just hanging out wtih my cousin adri, walking outside in the dark, safe within the borders of atlantis. theres no better feeling than just walking around with a slight breeze flowing around you, walking in pitch black in shorts and a tank top and flip flops. it's amazing. the other part of my exciting summer consisted of a week that i stayed in marthas vineyard with my friends sarah and tali. each day we'd bike ( which was torture for me aha ) to the beach. and spend all day there, switching from the pond to the beach and tanning all day. then we'd go home and eat and watch shows or go into town and get dessert, which was usually icecream, specifically, mud slide. it was fun. just so much fun. i miss 2009 summer. i want this summer to come fast. real fast, i want it to hit me really hard, so it'll seem really surreal and i'll enjoy every bit of it. please come fast summer:)

today is such a stressful day. so much shit to do, these three things take up my life. chores, homework & piano. i don't know what i'm going to do.

when i first started watching this, i was kind of annoyed at the beginning. i didn't really know what to expect of this replica of one of my favorite videos ever made. but then i realized how diverse and how beautifully they made the video in honor of haiti, not forgetting the meaning of the video of itself. i thought it was great when michael jackson was presented and janet was next to him. or when they showed little scenes of lionel richie working with all the artists. i could listen to this song over and over again. when the rap part of the song was presented, i was kind of doubting it, but then i realized that it fit in quite nicely. i loved it.

i'm disappointed that i've sort of been lazy to write in my blog these past few days. i have a new favorite band, my favorite highway. i'll most likely post music in the background from them. "it's never that. it's never quite the innocence so take it back. all the words you thought you'd say but never had. you never had. just say a word, don't say a word." one of my favorites by them is "what are you waiting for?" i spent my whole day listening to this band with shiraz, it was fun. we also watched percy jackson and the olympians: the lightning thief. and we thought of valentine gifts and stuff, baked cookies:o. it was a pretty good day.

i had this really strange dream last night. there were many things going on at once. so basically, in one part of the dream, there was this race going on, and there were these beautiful cirque de soleil typed creatures sort of flying everywhere and there were these cars that were designed as if they graffitied while being high, sort of like the scenes in Across The Universe. the other half of my dream was me, staring at someone/something throwing a rope across the empire state building and tugging, to make it try and topple over. it was a stress dream.

this is crystal, she took the time to write about me in her blog so i'm gonna do the same:) crystal has the craziest and best sense of humor that i've seen in a while. crystal is insane, she's hyper and laughs a lot. she likes to watch shows, for example glee and all these dramatic shows. thats one thing we share in common :D crystal is different from a lot of people, she doesn't give a shit about a lot of things, and the people who know her tend to really like her and look up to her. she's really cool about many things and is very laid back. she also gets very into english conversations and i bet most of her teachers love her :D i love crystalll
