I've Buried my Love to Give the World to You

I'm building this house on the moon
Like a lost astronaut
Lookin at you, like a star
From the place, the world forgot
From the place, the world forgot
And there's nothing that I can do
Except bury my love for you

The brightness of the sun will give me just enough
To bury my love, in the moondust
I long to hear your voice, but still I make the choice
To bury my love, in the moondust

What my Schedule Looks Like Right Now

I'm in love with everything that I'm doing right now because it's the first time in the two years that I've been at McGill, that I'm actually involved in everything that I want to be doing right now.

  1. Anthropology of the Animal
  2. Personality and Social Psychology
  3. Perception
  4. Psychology of Bilingualism
  5. Kickboxing twice a week
  6. Word and Colour, every day
  7. Phonathon twice a week
  8. The Happy Blog, every day! :)

On breakups and recovery...

I really liked this post on Word and Colour because I think that love and breakups is something that highly attracts people and is a topic that should go through as many conversation changes as any other topics of oppression. Give it a read!
"This story focuses on the difficulty of erasing smudges from a mind as you leave someone...Getting to know people means creating mental lists of things said, or actions you find out they did, or what they wanted you to find out, or that they performed in front of you, or objects they owned, as you etched a character-sketch. Language makes it impossible for anybody to know everything about anyone."

coming.

Our thoughts and reality are in utter conflict whereas the promise of a meaningful reality has become enough to repress the thought of a meaningless one.
