Because you would rather black the boots of
success than enquire whose soul dangles from his
watch-chain which would be embarrassing for both
parties and because you
unflinchingly applaud all
songs containing the words country home and
mother when sung at the old howard
Humanity i love you because
when you're hard up you pawn your
intelligence to buy a drink and when
you're flush pride keeps
you from the pawn shop and
because you are continually committing
nuisances but more
especially in your own house

In touch
So I was listening to Set the Fire to the Third Bar by Snow Patrol, and something incredible happened to me when I was listening to it. I think it's the first time I've actually listened to a song so intently to the point where I felt elevated or heightened by it. One day, I want to establish a career so close to music that I'll be able to look back on this day and be like, "Well yeah, that's the day I felt so incredibly in touch with something."

Spring
I love Spring and Fall, they're my absolute favorite seasons.
And Spring is finally hear. The turn of the leaves is making me so content and alegre.

GOAL
Okay so I wrote my first song on the piano. And after like two months of playing it, I realized that I'm getting a bit tired of it. So the new goal is to create 10 songs by 2013.

- City and Colour (mainly Dallas Green but that's okay)
- Iron and Wine (Just started listening!)
- Angels & Airwaves
- Death Cab for Cutie (One of my faves)
- Wakey!Wakey!
- Low vs. Diamond
- Mumford and Sons (pretty common but started listening to them more this week, some of their less popular songs and I really liked them)
